An award-winning South African Advertising and Marketing guru, thought-leader and entrepreneur, with over 25 years industry experience.

Groovin Nchabeleng is an award-winning South African advertising and marketing guru and is the current Executive Chairman of Blueprint Group. He is the former CEO of the Leo Burnett Group South Africa/MMS Group - a division of Publicis Worldwide, the third largest communications group in the world with over 65 000 employees in more than 83 countries. Groovin is regarded as one of the industry's most dynamic players and has won numerous advertising, media and business awards. He is respected across the industry and in business for his thought-leadership and building brands. As a trailblazer and inspiring business leader, Groovin Nchabeleng keeps going from strength to strength. He continues to cut a wide swath in the country's marketing and investment environment. Sandile Mkhasibe Executive Creative Director

Respected industry senior, obsessed with creating work that speaks to the hearts and minds of Mzansi's people

Before joining Blueprint, Sandile was an Executive Creative Director for Momentum McCann, a division of McCann Worldgroup, a leading global marketing services company with an integrated network of advertising agencies in over 120 countries. He's been in the industry for 22 years.

He's worked for leading agencies such as McCann-Erickson, Ogilvy, Saatchi & Saatchi and Herdbuoys - on countless campaigns for brands such as National Lotteries, South African Airways, South African Breweries, Peugeot, Telkom, Eskom, Shell, Mango, Nestle and most recently; SANRAL. He's been invited to judge the prestigious Loerie Awards and Apex Awards for Effective Advertising. His love for Entertainment Marketing and Content Creation has seen him head the MTV Networks Marketing & PR for Africa, handling world-renowned brands such as MTV, MTVbase, Nickelodeon and VH1. He's motivated by creating truly South African advertising.

Tracey Copley Managing Director

A dynamic and passionate leader with a long track record of propelling brands to the number 1 spot.

After pursuing a career in Information Technology and Programming, Tracey changed her path to challenge herself in the exhilarating Advertising and Marketing world. In 1993, she joined Framptons International (now DDB South Africa) in Account Management. The next 7 years at Framptons saw her grow into the role and became a member of the board in 1998. She later joined Red Nail as Group Account Director working on accounts such as Revlon, Samsung, Fiat, House & Home to name a few.

In 2003 she opened her own small agency specifically aimed at advertising and communication in the food service industry. She sold the company in 2005 to re-join Leo Burnett where she worked until 2008. From there a stint as Business Director at JWT and then on to Mccann Worldgroup where she worked until 2011, managing accounts that included L'Oreal, MasterCard, General Motors, Chartis Insurance, Nestle, NWU University, Waltons and Isuzu. She's been in the industry for 25 years.
